Deleting Your Account
You may request deletion of your Dvaari account at any time.

How to Delete Your Account
Through the Dvaari App
- Sign in to your Dvaari account.
- Open Settings.
- Go to Account Settings.
- Select Delete Account.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the deletion request.
If You Cannot Access the App
If you are unable to delete your account through the Dvaari app, you may request account deletion by contacting us using the details below.

What Happens After You Request Deletion
After your account deletion request is confirmed:
- Your account will be deleted and you will no longer be able to use the deleted account.
- Personal information associated with the account will be removed from active systems within 30 days of confirmation, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.
- Information that is no longer required will be deleted or anonymized in accordance with our retention practices.
- Residual copies may remain in backup systems for a limited period in accordance with our backup and recovery procedures.
- Certain information may be retained where necessary to comply with applicable law, prevent fraud or abuse, maintain security, resolve disputes, or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Data Retained After Account Deletion
Account deletion does not necessarily require immediate deletion of every copy of information from every system.
We may retain limited information where there is a legitimate and lawful reason to do so, including:
- Compliance with legal or regulatory obligations
- Prevention, detection, or investigation of fraud or security incidents
- Resolution of disputes
- Enforcement of applicable agreements
- Establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims

Third-Party Services
Deleting your Dvaari account deletes your Dvaari account and the information controlled by Dvaari.
If you used a third-party authentication or service provider, such as Google Sign-In, deletion of your Dvaari account does not automatically delete information that the third-party provider independently maintains under its own terms and privacy policy.
You may need to contact the relevant third-party provider separately if you want information held by that provider deleted.
